1. Information We Collect

• Access logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, access time, and pages viewed. Automatically recorded by our server and CDN (Vercel).
• Cookies: Used to store display preferences (e.g., production filter vnews_productions).
• Browser localStorage: Stores favorite streamers, reaction history (likes/reactions per scene), GA4 opt-out flag, and similar data locally on your device. This data is not sent to our server.
• Takedown form submissions: Contact details and claims submitted via the takedown form are forwarded to the administrator (via Discord webhook) for review.

• Preventing abuse / DDoS / scraping
• Content improvement through traffic analysis
• Serving advertisements
• Handling takedown requests

3. Third-Party Services

Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdSense uses cookies to display interest-based ads. You can disable personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings. See Google Ads Policy for details.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis. GA4 collects non-identifying traffic data via cookies. See Google Privacy Policy for terms and policy details. Visitors who wish to opt out can use the official opt-out add-on.

Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights

We use Analytics / Speed Insights provided by Vercel Inc., our hosting provider. See Vercel Privacy Policy for details.

YouTube IFrame Player API

Scene detail pages embed the YouTube IFrame Player. The YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy apply.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose collected information to third parties except as required by law or as described in Section 3.

5. Content Handling and Takedown

Scene information presented on the Service (titles, summaries, thumbnails) is secondary metadata derived from stream content and viewer-comment analysis. The source video remains on each streamer's YouTube channel, and every scene page links back to the original YouTube video.

Streamers and rights holders may submit removal requests via the takedown form. Upon receiving a valid request, we will promptly hide the relevant scene.
